BB Cyprus / Bits&Bobs Cyprus coordinates property repair, renovation, maintenance and building enquiries in Cyprus. Until the final operating entity is confirmed, references to “BB Cyprus”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the BB Cyprus service and brand.

Submitting an enquiry asks us to review the information you provide and, where appropriate, contact you about assessment, pricing or next steps.

No technical promise, fixed price, start date or acceptance of work exists until confirmed in writing by the party responsible for the job.

You should only upload material you are entitled to share. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or images of people where they are not relevant to the work.

You are responsible for ensuring that descriptions, measurements and other information supplied are reasonably accurate. Final scope and pricing may change after inspection or technical assessment.

Any indication given before a site inspection is provisional unless expressly stated otherwise. A formal quotation should identify the agreed scope, price basis, exclusions and any assumptions.

Hidden defects, inaccessible conditions, customer-requested changes or circumstances outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or variation.

Depending on the job, work may be carried out by BB Cyprus, an associated delivery partner, or an independent contractor. The quotation or project agreement should identify the contracting party responsible for delivery. BB Cyprus does not present an enquiry submission as acceptance by any contractor.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and disclose known hazards, restrictions, building-management requirements or other material site conditions. Work may be delayed or paused where conditions are unsafe or materially different from those described.

Payment stages, deposits and cancellation terms will be stated in the relevant quotation or project agreement. Do not make a payment unless the payment request clearly identifies the job and contracting party.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights are not excluded by these terms. For some distance or off-premises service contracts, EU consumer law may provide a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory rules and exceptions, including where you expressly request performance to begin during that period.

Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Weather, materials, permits, third-party availability, hidden defects and other factors may affect timing. We expect material delays to be communicated as soon as reasonably practical.

Website images, including generated before-and-after examples, may be illustrative and are not representations that BB Cyprus completed the depicted project unless clearly identified as a real case study. Website information is general and is not a substitute for project-specific technical advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability for a particular project should be governed by the contract with the party responsible for that project rather than by general website content.

Unless otherwise stated, the BB Cyprus name, website copy, design and original materials on this site are owned by or licensed to BB Cyprus. You may use the website for ordinary personal or business enquiry purposes but may not reproduce substantial parts of it for commercial use without permission.

These website terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in the Republic of Cyprus, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
